If we do not accept your insurance plan, we can still see you as a patient. However, you will be responsible for paying out-of-network fees. You may be able to submit a detailed bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for reimbursement policies and forms, as some insurances do not allow for this type of arrangement.
